Talivio Technology OÜ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Estonia, is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We have always had a robust and effective data protection program in place which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles. However, we have updated and expanded this program to meet the demands of theGeneral Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We utilize state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data. All user data is stored in inclusiveEuropean Union (EU) data centers(specifically Frankfurt, Germany region), ensuring strict adherence to EU, German, and Estonian data protection laws.

We employAES-256 encryptionfor data at rest andTLS 1.3for data in transit. We ensure that any third-party processors we use are also GDPR compliant.
